At Marion/Shawnee National Forest KOA Holiday, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, fun, and relaxing stay. Because our campground and waterpark include outdoor recreation areas, water features, swimming areas, play structures, natural terrain, events, activities, and other amenities, all guests are required to complete the applicable waiver before staying with us or participating in waterpark activities.
Each adult guest must complete and sign their own applicable waiver. Minor guests must be included under the waiver completed by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult supervising them while on campground or waterpark property.
Guests should be aware that outdoor recreation and campground activities include certain risks and hazards. These may include slips, trips, falls, uneven ground, rocky areas, wooded areas, wildlife, water-related hazards, weather conditions, playground and recreational equipment, docks, trails, and other natural or man-made features throughout the property.
Some campsites are located near rocky hillsides that provide waterfall and lake views. These rocky hillsides are not intended to be walked on or climbed. Guests who walk on, climb, or go near these areas do so at their own risk and are responsible for supervising any minors in their care.
During your stay or visit, Marion/Shawnee National Forest KOA Holiday and/or Kampgrounds of America may capture photos, video, and/or audio for marketing, advertising, social media, website, print, or promotional use. Guests should review the applicable waiver for more information about photo, video, and audio release terms.
All guests are expected to follow posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and property guidelines while on campground or waterpark property.
If you would like to review our campground or waterpark waiver before booking your stay or purchasing passes, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide a copy.
