Rental Rules & Requirements

All golf cart opterators MUST be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
Renter must have a major credit card on file.
Renter must sign a rental waiver prior to day of use.
Golf carts are to be operated between 8am and dusk only.
The golf cart may not be moved or driven outside of the Marion/Shawnee National Forest KOA Holiday campground.
Aimless buzzing of campsites is not permitted.
A 5 mph speed limit is enforced throughout the Marion/Shawnee National Forest KOA Holiday campground.
Use extreme caution and use the foot brake when traveling down steep grades.
There will be a monetary charge for a missing key that is not returned with the golf cart.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the golf cart or the property of others whether they are negligent or the cause of the damage.
The renter is responsible for any and all injuries that occur to themselves, passengers, or third parties whether the renter was the cause of the injury.
Reckless driving, horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Drivers must obey all traffic signs and yield to pedestrians.
Lewd, vulgar, or offensive music [and language] in the campground is not allowed.
Open display or use of alcohol on golf carts is strictly prohibited. Please do not drink and drive.
