Important Information
All guests entering the water park area (swim deck and inflatables) are required to purchase a session pass online and have a completed waiver on file. Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Supervising adults may relax in the game deck lounge area at no charge. However, a ticket is required to access the swim deck area–no exceptions.
All guests must wear a USCG-approved life jacket. Life jackets provided by the KOA are included with your pass. Participants must be at least 6 years old, 40 inches tall, a maximum of 275 lbs, and be able to swim. These requirements are for your safety and the safety of others and are non-negotiable. Violators will be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund.
Before purchasing a pass, we strongly recommend reading our waiver for a full description of our terms, requirements, and rules. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason–no exceptions.
